Its that time of year again, my beef boxes are available to buy. 

Rare breed, Irish Moiled beef, grass fed, slow grown for the best flavour around. 

each box is around 8.5-9kg, and contains a mixture of cuts. 

Each box will contain:

 2 x roasts, 
2 types of steaks, 
diced beef, 
mince
sausages, 
burgers. 

sizes and weights of each will vary.

Delighted with our beef box

Delighted with our beef box. Have tried about a third if it so far. My husband did the brisket on a low heat on a bbq all day. Delicious 😋

I treated myself to a box and obviously had to freeze most of it. However, a piece of brisket is currently in the slow cooker, and I’ve tried the sausages and burgers which were lovely - full of flavour. The fillet steak was superb - a real luxury.
I’m sure that the rest of the box will live up to the high standard set by the things I’ve tried. Thank you Sally - and thank you for the delivery too. It sounded like a very busy day for you!
