Its that time of year again, my beef boxes are now available to order.
The boxes will be availble 1st and 3rd weeks of July.
Our rare breed Irish Moiled cattle are grass fed and slow grown here on our Caithness croft for the best flavour around.
Each box contains approximately 8.5kg of beef, ideal for filling the freezer and keeping a family going for weeks.
Each box will contain:

2 x 4 pack steaks

sausages

burgers
Sizes and weights of individual cuts may vary slightly.
Boxes are £190 collected, or local delivery is available for an additional £5. Please ensure you select the delivery option at checkout if required.
Last years boxes sold out in under 24 hours. Box numbers are limited this year, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Delighted with our beef box. Have tried about a third if it so far. My husband did the brisket on a low heat on a bbq all day. Delicious 😋
I treated myself to a box and obviously had to freeze most of it. However, a piece of brisket is currently in the slow cooker, and I’ve tried the sausages and burgers which were lovely - full of flavour. The fillet steak was superb - a real luxury.
I’m sure that the rest of the box will live up to the high standard set by the things I’ve tried. Thank you Sally - and thank you for the delivery too. It sounded like a very busy day for you!
Awesome product from Sally's farm. When buying locally from a trusted farmer, you know you are in for a great deal. Superb variety of cuts, so tasty, beats supermarket products hands down.
