Get out of the Rut

I am so excited to share this new course with you. 

Its a common theme of life, we all end up feeling a little stuck, a little meh and not really sure what we want to do or how to move things forward. 
January seems to be a month when I feel like that regularly. 

Get out of the rut is a course I've written to help you do just that, to help you get out of the rut you find yourself in.

Its a 4 week online course, packed full of tips and tricks I have used over the last 10 years to move my life forward. Running from the 7th of January to the 3rd of February, this course shares ideas that have helped me get more focus, get better organised and live the life I really want. 

Its written with a farming theme, but is suitable for everyone, you'll just have to adapt some if the tips, maybe pick a drawer in the house to organise rather than a bit of the farm. 

You will have access to a private Facebook group, where I will hold live calls every Sunday. The calls will set the theme for the week, it will give us a chance to have a chat and see where everyone is and wants to be.  Each weeks theme builds on the last to help you work on what you want from life. 

I will post daily prompts, ideas that will help you work on that weeks theme, you can share what comes up, what you have worked on and share ideas you have. And hopefully gain some more insight from other's comments and build friendships along the way. 

I, for one, am excited to do this course, I will be doing it along with you.
